Step 1: Set up Payroll Setting

Steps to set up payroll setting as follows:

a) Open the Payroll Module.

b) Click the gear button ⚙️ to access payroll settings.

c) Enter your company details: EPF Account Number, Income Tax Number, SOCSO Account Number. Fill in HRDF Account Number and Zakat Employer Ref No if applicable.

d) Toggle “Enable Payslip Viewing on Payroll Approval” to allow employees to view their payslips once payroll is approved.

e) Enable Pro-rata Salary to let the system automatically perform prorate calculation.

f) Set the Payroll Cut-off Date, which is used for unpaid leave calculations. You may enter a date that follows your company's cut-off practice.

g) Define your standard working hours.

h) Create sub-payrolls if required.

i) Click Save to apply all settings.
