SKBBK Opt-Out Guide: How Malaysian Employees Can Submit Their Declaration Online

Employees who do not wish to participate in the SKBBK (LINDUNG 24 JAM) scheme can now submit their declaration online through PERKESO's LINDUNG Faedah Portal.

Important: Based on the latest PERKESO update, only employees who choose NOT to participate need to submit this declaration.

Before You Start

Step 1 — Log in to the Portal

Visit the LINDUNG Faedah Portal and sign in using your account.

If this is your first time using the portal, register for a new account first.

Step 2 – Verify Your Record

1. Verify your IC Number and Name.
2. Read the declaration carefully.
3. Select "I CHOOSE NOT TO PARTICIPATE" (if you wish to opt out of SKBBK).
4. Confirm your Employer.
5. Tick the Declaration checkbox to confirm your decision.
6. Click Hantar (Submit).

💡 Important: Employees who wish to continue participating in the SKBBK scheme do not need to submit this declaration. This online declaration is only for employees who choose not to participate.

Step 3 — Submission Successful

A success message will appear after submission.

Step 4 — Download the Declaration Form

1. Click "Muat Turun Borang Deklarasi".
2. Sign the declaration form.
3. Download PDF and save a copy for your own records.
4. Submit the signed declaration to your HR department if requested by your employer.

💡 Tip: Keep a copy of the signed declaration for future reference. Your employer may also request a copy for record-keeping purposes.
